Advantages of the microphone:
Threshold of incoming sig. has to be louder than normal conversations combined with a pore amp final assessment is "WEAK". YOU COULD SAY ACCEPTABLE CONSIDERING IT'S an entry level Acer laptop that I bought new in 3/2015, for $375!Went back to college and they said "MAN" theirs no Book's all classes are On-line "100%"!So I went on the WWW. and turned 65.Both of which well I think you can get the picture.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
I'm old an I talk loud what's the disadvantage
