Advantages of the microphone:
Noise suppression. Can easily pick-up your voice even if there's some loud things in your surroundings
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Latency. It is noticeable if you test your mic but if you're talking to another person far from you, of course, you will not notice it. Just keep that in mind.

This TW earbuds is really good for it's price. Especially for the bass heads. You can also use this for online meetings such as class, conference and such. And yes, it has a decent battery life!
