Advantages of the microphone:
1. Noise cancellation 2. Echo cancellation 3. Picks up voices very well 4. Clear voice, no distortion or random decrease in volume.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
1. it sometimes picks up the noises of animals in the background, but not everytime. 2. the sound of laptop's hard drive can be heard, but it is feeble.

Overall more than enough for normal virtual meetings.
