Advantages of the microphone:
Checking why people can’t hear me when I answer, without a good microphone so whoever you talk to can hear you.

Disadvantages of the microphone:
Hackers can get in it and mess with it to block you from using your phone, If they block it if you have an emergency you are unable to tell them what you need because you can hear them but they can’t hear you, that could be a matter of life and death. My phone has been hacked and blocked so it is important that it can not be blocked by anyone.

Author’s comment:
I hope that it is working now, I could not talk to my Doctors office, because they could not hear me. It was skipping in and out they may could get a word or two but not enough to make out what I was saying. The Speakers and Microphone should be more secure, without them you have no phone. Thanks
