Advantages of the microphone:
The price point was a HUGE reason I purchased this particular brand. Amazon carries it for $7.99 which is super budget friendly for any work at home agent! I like how comfy the headset is. I like that I have a super long cord and can plug the mic into either a 3.5mm (no mute option this way though) or I can use the USB port and have the mute option as well. I like how clear my voice sounds and I even somewhat (takes getting used to!) enjoy having a full headset vs partial as far as ear coverage goes.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
The long cord, even though I like it, can be too long and just in the way. I had to roll it up and twist tie it so that it is not dragging the ground. I dislike having 2 mute options as it can be confusing.
