Advantages of the microphone:
It sounds like it has really good clarity of voice and picks up only when I'm talking, it's a good microphone.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Well, you have to place the microphone correctly to actually make it pick up your voice every time you want but that's not really a disadvantage per se.
