Advantages of the microphone:
Rather clean sound with the volume low.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Will echo TERRIBLY if the volume goes past 25. At 70 volume, expect to have a blaring horrible ringing feedback from the sound of the speaker leaking into the headset's microphone.

For the site, hearing samples of people's mics would greatly help in determining what headset to purchase.
