Advantages of the microphone:
Used as part of my mini recording studio. I use a 2 mic installation SM57 and SM58 connected to the mixer, which is in turn connected to my laptop via USB. Gives me professional quality for music recording.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
None at all.

This is a god and quite low cost setup.
