Advantages of the microphone:
Really clean and warm audio quality. Doesn't allow ambient spill in the mic and always lets you be heard promptly.

Disadvantages of the microphone:
Heavy (durable), no pop filter. Needs a boom arm to make it a complete package.

Overall a really cost-effective and beautiful-sounding mic.
