Review #18802 about “Heyday Microphone”
Author: Jay
Microphone: Heyday Microphone
Rating: Excellent (5 out of 5)
Date:
Advantages of the microphone:
Pretty cheap, at Target for $30-40 The mic is powered by USB-C, it comes with one in the box, a pretty long and durable cable. Built-in slider to increase/decrease the volume of the mic Clicky button that allows you to turn the mic input on and off (so people cannot hear you) Has an aux cable for something like a headset so you can hear what your mic is hearing through your headphones. Built-in pop filter to reduce plousing Comes with a mic stand, the stand has rubber feet to reduce movement. The stand is manually screwed onto the mic, so if you want you can use your own stand.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Only one color, it's a tan-white looking color Other than that, that's basically it.
Author’s comment:
If I were you, I would definitely buy the heyday microphone. For a price of $30-40, it will fit all of your needs for a budget mic. Comes with all the utensils that will be beneficial for your mic. Easily hot-swappable and you can attach other things such as your own stand, or unscrew the mic base and include your own. Extremely long cable, I use the cable for my phone and other gadgets. It is USB-C. The cable is also really durable. And it never really moves unless I want it to. The rubber feet keep it in place. And the screwed-on stand lets it sit.
