Advantages of the microphone:
Very crisp and has very "natural" sound. This means that it doesn't add any exesive bass or treble to your voice. It is also very loud.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
One slight problem is that if your sound is too loud or your microphone is also too loud you can get a very slight echo. An easy fix to this is just lowering your ic sensitivity or your sound volume.

I bought this heaset for 50 euro in Greece and for the price to quality ratio, it is one of the best if you are on a budget. it has exelent build quality and is very very sturdy. The only problem might be that if you have a generaly large head the adjustment range isn't great so it may not fit you.
