Advantages of the microphone:
Very loud, captures all noises well, very clear and crisp, no grainy sounds
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Captures background noises too well, typing, squeaks from chair, breathing, talking, etc

I personally love this microphone and i use a noise suppression software to lessen the background noise.
