Advantages of the microphone:
It is retractable, therefore can be drawn back when not in use. One's voice can be heard clearly, despite years' of use. It is, all in all, a good quality microphone, suitable for music/gaming.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It is built into the headset, and so cannot be removed individually.

I've enjoyed using this site for the purpose of testing this microphone. The 30 sec recording ensures I can listen to the audio and assess its quality.
