Review #23299 about “Behringer BIGFOOT”
Author: Josh
Microphone: Behringer BIGFOOT
Rating: Excellent (5 out of 5)
Date:
Advantages of the microphone:
Excellent sound quality for the (sale) price! Amazing build quality and it looks like an expensive piece of equipment as a result. Very sensitive (see also Disadvantages). The base raises the mic to a good level for speaking into at your desk. The height isn't adjustable, but this mic doesn't need you to speak directly into it for good sound quality.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Pretty large for desktop use, don't expect a little PC mic. Very sensitive, background discussions and noises will be picked up, even with the Cardioid focused pattern selected. The mute button doesn't seem to work, I've seen this noted in other reviews.
