Advantages of the microphone:
I didn't have a microphone so because these earbuds work as a mic as well, I am happy
Disadvantages of the microphone:
I had to mess a lot with the windows settings because it would make my earbuds so quiet and there was no fix besides just resetting the slider in the device volume settings

Get a separate budget microphone instead of using the earbuds one if you don't want any problems on trying to fix this one
