Advantages of the microphone:
JLab GoWork Headset Crystal clear sound quality for both listening and speaking. YOu have to get your mic closer to your mouth and the sound will be much better.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Not noise cancelling. When trying it on the road, the outside noises were recorded
