Advantages of the microphone:
Can fit on any headphones.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Didn't work well directly into my aux in, so had to buy a USB adapter to boost volume.

Doesn't really work well straight out of the box, but with a USB adapter and soe patience attaching it to the right place on your headphones, it seems to work.
