Advantages of the microphone:

Disadvantages of the microphone:
Is small so it can be lost easily, Can be loud even at the quietist volume

It's really good for its price! It's mostly clear, can mute with its built-in muting and is generally a good device! I just have one thing to say, I wish it could be a little big bigger as it could be harder to find the device just laying around somewhere.
