Advantages of the microphone:
It's not tight around the head. The ear pieces are velvet. It has worked for 10 years and the volume button is just starting to go.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
it has 2 3.5mm plugs, which most computers do not how the ability to plug in. However, if you get an adapter it works great. I have the ability to plug them into my keyboard soit has not been an issue for me.
