Advantages of the microphone:
Microphone is integrated into headset non removable has a mute button on headset. usb to microphine adapter comes with headset. WIRED, big plus for me. that means it wont die mid game.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
WIRED, there are wires that need dealing with but its not excessive.
