Mic Test

Review #2947 about “Blue Snowball”

Microphone: Blue Snowball
Rating: Excellent (5 out of 5)
Date:

Advantages of the microphone:
Has very good quality for talking close to the mic and talking from a distance. has 3 settings which includes 1) Audio directly in front of the microphone's face 2) Audio directly in front of the microphone's face, usually a lot quieter and picks up ambient noise. 3) Audio can come from any direction and has multiple speakers around the microphone to balance out the input. Has a perfect size and I would recommend mounting it on an arm because the microphone is a bit oddly shaped and can take up a bit more space than your typical microphone.

Disadvantages of the microphone:
Newer models of the microphone that uses a micro HDMI cable will tend to break easily. The micro HDMI cable will easily damage the socket if its moved around a lot or frequently unplugged. Make sure you don't toss your microphone around while its plugged in!
