Advantages of the microphone:
Easy to use, plug and play, great background noise rejection, and overall clean sound
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Mic comes tuned on the muddier and darker side. The windscreen that it comes with is not great at stopping plosives.

Will need to EQ it for a more neutral and clearer sound.
