Advantages of the microphone:
Excellent quality for call center (remote/work from home job)! Highly recommend this headset! Wired/has a cable with a Mute button/switch. Comfortable, light weight. Tried several headsets before having found this one on Amazon. Price: $40
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It would be nice to also have a blutetooth version of this headset but the wired connection would probably be more stable anyway.
