Advantages of the microphone:
It comes with two batteries, one charging on the dock, and one in the headset, so can just swap them when battery dies. Also has a physical mute button that makes the mic turn red, you can easily see it when wearing it.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It's a bit heavy, and tight for big heads. People complain I'm very quite on e.g. Discord, but can turn up the sensitivity to compensate.
