Advantages of the microphone:
Very good hearing and audio once I figured out which button to push on my headset to allow audio lol.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
A little too good a picking up outside noise, at least for me. Says noise cancelling but it's def not the worst I've had. Good for general work from home, maybe not call center.
