Author: SC
Microphone: HyperX SoloCast
Rating: Good (4 out of 5)
Date:
Advantages of the microphone:
Good sound quality Good voice isolation Makes mouse and keyboard sound good Tap to mute on the top USB C to USB A plug and play with around 6ft of length
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Wish stand was longer Wish it had more range No external gain control Picks up a little background noise Pretty small overall
Author’s comment:
Not a bad starter mic, but if you stream or make content you'll definitely want to switch to a mic with a long arm able to be attached to your desk.
