Advantages of the microphone:
The volume is quite loud and ok.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It has an annoying background sound, Doesn't cancel background noise.

It has a noise in it and it doesn't cancel background noise like it said instead it picks up every single thing in your background, this got my QA grades down, it's a new headset and it's breaking up my calls I am very disappointed!!!
