Advantages of the microphone:
This microphone is very nice and rarely detects outside audio like my laptop fans. But it does detect my keyboard sound (tactile cherrymx switches). It is said to be a studio mic though.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It doesn't have nay real disadvantages besides being fixed to my face. In which it may detect my breathing, though it is fixed in place, so I can't really move it around on the headset.
