Advantages of the microphone:
Wireless, switches between PS5, PC, and XBOX, built in MIC. charging base station, works with a KVM switch for multiple computers. Audio quality from the mic is good. Not sure if it's as good as my blue snowball but works just fine for work meetings and gaming.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Microphone placement seems odd, it's either very quiet or blowing out gain. The position has to be just right to hear you and not be too quiet or too loud. Not a big deal, but something to consider.

The headset is fairly comfortable, easily adjustable, and you can adjust the mix between game audio and voice with buttons on the actual headset which are easy to find and press. Audio quality is very good, been enjoying God of War Ragnarok with it.
