Advantages of the microphone:
Great sound, pretty good price, comes with two accessories and a stand included, plug and play and is much better than a headset mic.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Stand isn't very high quality but for the price it's amazing that it comes with one, but besides that nothing really.
