Review #33982 about “Audio Technica AT2020-usb+”
Author: DS-Tech Media
Microphone: Audio Technica AT2020-usb+
Rating: Good (4 out of 5)
Date:
Advantages of the microphone:
Sensitive. Simple, and can be used to record instruments etc. Because it's a USB it has a built-in 1/8" microphone line-out. It works as a de-facto mic/DAC unit.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Can be too sensitive if your environment has a lot of noise. When I first bought it I had a server in the room running kind of loud, and I had to use a gate, compressor, and filter to get ideal sound.
