Review #35740 about “Anko $2 Microphone”
Author: Tru
Microphone: Anko $2 Microphone
Rating: Average (3 out of 5)
Date:
Advantages of the microphone:
Directionally it picks up sound well from a distance, without picking up too much extra sound. It's also small and therefore doesn't need the space of a larger dedicated microphone
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Has a crackly effect, and sounds low quality. If the diretion is off even slightly, the microphone muffles significantly. The microphone itself doesn't have a clip or a stand, so positioning it in a stable way is difficult.
Author’s comment:
For the price, definitely worth it, and the quality is to be expected. I use a bent paperclip to hold it in place
