Advantages of the microphone:
I love my headset. Over the ear gives me passive noise suppression. Hardwired (instead of Bluetooth) gives me excellent sound quality when interference messes with wireless options.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
I need an adapter to convert from 3.5mm to USB-C.
