Advantages of the microphone:
Sound quality is top notch. Has 4 polar patterns: stereo, omnidirectional, cardioid, bidirectional.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
I don't like the matterials used on the mute button and on the volume wheel, they're a kind of rubbery plastic that tends to accumulate dust and I fear it might become soft and stick over time. Hasn't happened yet after 2 years of usage.
