Advantages of the microphone:
I can hear myself, and I genuinely love that. I can also turn on the volume from the mic itself and leave the sound just how I like it, usually right down the middle.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Sometimes others can't hear me, so I turn on the gain just a tad. But to be fair I also have a low speaking voice.

I think it's a good mic. It does make me wonder how other mics are. But I do like this mic.
