Advantages of the microphone:
cancels echo, cancels typing sounds and any background noise, price is very affordable ($60), allows me to sound clearly even from all the way across the room, and has auto gain to bring my voice to the same level. Can work with 2 computers (or BT devices) at the same time, can be connected via USB, BT, and dedicated usb dongle. Has a speaker and mic for use as BT call receiver.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Doesn't come with user guide in the box, but it's available online. however some of the terminology is not explained. If the sound from the meeting is not routed through the device but instead through computer speakers, the microphone struggles to cancel echo at times.

It's a great budget device that provides clear sound pickup and audio reproduction for online meetings.
