Advantages of the microphone:
Use bone conduction, no ear irritation of small headset,l also can hear environment around me.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Mic in headset around ear. So sound could be louder. The two sides are tied by a bar one inch from head going around the back. Can't lie down with head in below.
