Advantages of the microphone:
i can still hear whats going on in my space because it is a mono headset. the mute button works great immediate silence. the mic is very clear weather whispering or talking loud. it has noise cancelation technology. .01 second of delay ewitch isnt even noticable. it has echo cancelation. the ear piece is very cushioned and gives me total coverage of my ear so I hear everything the caller says.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
can't find anything I don't like about it

It was really reasonably priced under $30 I think it came in at about $26 I purchased it from Amazon so I got it the next morning before 8AM. I really checked all the headset out I knew I wanted a mono because I would keep one ear piece off my ear with the two ear piece type. this had a 43/4 star rating
