Advantages of the microphone:
Cheap, the T version comes with a boom arm, not difficult to set up, decent sound out of the box.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It seems like this is worse (?) than my integrated headset mic from the Hyperx Could II despite being standalone.

Not a bad starting kit (got it with all accessories for only 50,-) but it's not amazing.
