Advantages of the microphone:
I can plug this microphone to my existing headphones (SONY WH1000X3) which works great while for audio calls. I'm also using this along with HyperX Amp sound card. This test is from Cable boom mic plugged into HyperX Amp USB sound card plugged to my MacBook Pro.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
Haven't found any disadvantages so far. Mic quality sounds great for video calls and audio calls through Google Hangouts, Meets, Facetime calls on MacBook. Only disadvantage is it's not wireless.
