Advantages of the microphone:
Only one hardware control that can be adjusted, a -10dB switch, all other adjustments are automatic which works for me since I am using this microphone solely to join Zoom meetings. Crisp, clear sound when tested on this site mictests.com
Disadvantages of the microphone:
A headphone jack with gain control would be helpful to control latency and adjust outgoing sound level.

All-in-all, I think this is an excellent microphone for the individual using it to join a Zoom meeting or Google Chat, et cetera. Solid construction all around and reasonable price. I am sure this microphone will give me many years of trouble-free service.
