Advantages of the microphone:
Earpods are really soft and good. I like them cause they are really good in ear.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
After hour maybe two, your ears are aching, but it's still more than eny other earphones.

I'm using special adapter from one cable to two seperated mic and headphones.
