Advantages of the microphone:
works with avaya one-x soft phone which is all I care about for this lol! Cost $20 at Walmart and they light up somehow or other.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
they're not the most comfortable honestly and they don't have a boom mic like I am technically supposed to have but I DON'T CARE
