Advantages of the microphone:
Fantastic mic noise cancellation in noisy environments where others on a call with you won't be able to hear that you're in a noisy cafe, car or walking down the street.
Disadvantages of the microphone:
The sample rate is only 16kHz, so the quality of your voice that's captured by the mic doesn't have that high quality 'HD' sound.

Overall, the tradeoff of being able to be on video calls with music in the background and reduced mic quality due to the sample rate provides for an incredible value and performant headset mic.
