Advantages of the microphone:
Good price, excellent features: study positionabe boom, wind filter and pop filter included. Everything necessary to get this thing going is included in the kit
Disadvantages of the microphone:
It would have been nice to be able to easily test it upon set up. I've had to ask people in meeting if its working.

This site offered me the test I needed to assure that this mic is working properly. The statistics shown are nice. One minor improvement I suggest is to state an ideal quality rating so there is a number to compare to.
